The force main replacement is within two project areas: 1\. Langley Circle Pump Station off of Thornrose Street; Thornrose Street between North King Street and Bland Street, Bland Street between Thornrose Street and Doolittle Road, and Doolittle Road between Bland Street and Salem Street. 2\.
