The renewal must maintain compatibility with the existing CG-OWL implementation and provide continued access to the currently deployed Rustici Content Controller product and its manufacturer support entitlement. This purchase order is intended to be awarded to Rustici Software, LLC, UEI XCGFHMLY9421, CAGE 3M4X6, for the annual renewal of 80,000 Rustici Content Controller software licenses, Part Number Content Controller, including U.S. Government Support, for a one-year term. The requirement includes electronic delivery of the renewed license access and proof of renewal. The requirements document in the form of a Statement of Work is attached to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Any party who believes they can perform this requirement should submit a capability statement for consideration by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
