Main Campus - Robeson Community College , 5160 Fayetteville Road, Lumberton, NC 28360 2\. Off-Site Campus - COMTech Site, 124 Livermore Drive, Pembroke, NC 28372 3\. Off-Site Campus - A.S. Thomas Center & The Barbering School 58 & 62 Union Chapel Road, Pembroke, NC 28372 4\. Off-Site Campus - Emergency Training Grounds, 5825 North Carolina Highway 72, Lumberton, NC 28360 5\. Off-Site Campus - Green Grove, 1850 School Road, Fairmont, NC 28340 The Contract shall consist of all-inclusive janitorial services, including all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, consumable goods, and other resources necessary to satisfactorily perform the requirements of this RFP.
