HVAC Modification: Raise 2 HVAC units at roof C providing minimum 8” flashing height, reroute/raise gas lines to provide adequate space for roof installation, and provide new insulated ductwork and supports from units to wall penetration. Alternate NO. 1: Provide new elevation wall sealant joints around perimeter of the building.
