This notice is provided in accordance with statutory requirements for a 15-business-day advertisement of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intent to enter into a single source agreement.
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intends to enter into an agreement with Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. to procure Laboratory and scientific equipment; Laboratory supplies and fixtures & Software.
Prospective Vendors who believe they can provide these commodities, or contractual services shall provide relevant information to the contact person listed on this advertisement no later than October 09, 2026.
