Alternate, substitute, or equivalent products will not meet the Government’s requirement. • New Products Only: All quoted products must be new and unused. Refurbished, reconditioned, or used products are not acceptable. • Technical Acceptability: It will be determined whether the quoted product meets all material requirements of this RFQ. A quotation that fails to meet a material requirement will not be eligible for award. • Price: The total price will be evaluated, including transportation to the delivery destination. Prompt-payment discounts will not be considered when evaluating price. • All-or-none award: Vendors must quote all line items and quantities identified in this RFQ.
