Keysight Technologies Inc. is the sole provider of these bundled commercial units. This procurement is required to replace missing or damaged test equipment to maintain continuous operational readiness. The replacement items must be identical to the existing equipment to ensure strict compliance and alignment with established technical manuals, calibration procedures, and authorized maintenance directives. Alternate or similar commercial items have not been certified or approved for this specific testing index, and utilizing non-standard equipment would compromise technical data integrity.
