The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the United States Property and Fiscal Office for Wisconsin, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Camp Douglas, WI 54618. iii. This requirement is unrestricted with an applicable NAICS Code of 721110. iv. Please send proposals In Accordance With (IAW) the attached Statement of Work. v. The Wisconsin Army National Guard (WIARNG) is seeking a contractor to provide lodging, conference and meeting space, audio-visual (A/V) support, and catering for a post-demobilization Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Event supporting the 121st Field Artillery Regiment and 108th Forward Support Company in the **Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin** area. vi. The period of performance shall be from **8 January 2027 (setup) to 10 January 2027**. Lodging will be for the night of **Saturday, 9 January 2027.** vii. Evaluation will be based on the lowest price offeror meeting or exceeding the requirements specified in the Statement of Work. To be considered, all bids must include: 1\. A narrative demonstrating conformance to the Statement of Work. 2\. A completed bid sheet detailing all costs. viii. A firm-fixed-price contract award is anticipated. **4\.
