These assessments are clinically vital for identifying traumatic brain injuries (TBI), evaluating cognitive readiness, and establishing baseline cognitive profiles. The Government is assessing the availability of sources capable of performing the requirement for a period of up to nine months beginning 03 December 2026\. The Government seeks information regarding industry capability to meet the requirements without unacceptable disruption to mission operations. NOTE: This requirement will terminate services upon completion of 9 months or shorter time period and there is no further follow-on effort for these services. It is important to note, Medical Acquisition Support Office-O, Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award a modification to IDIQ Contract W81K0425DA007 utilizing the authority of FAR 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1). The contractor is Controller Bay, LLC, 615 E 82nd Ave, Ste 300, Anchorage, AK 99518\. This modification will allow the Government to increase the IDIQ Ceiling and extend the Period of Performance (PoP) by 9 months.
