Upon identifying BPA holder(s), the Government authorized call ordering official will request bids among Agreement holders, and a binding firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded as the Call is placed. The call order will result in a non-personal service contract for the transport of Bonneville’s light duty – up to heavy-haul equipment between the Oregon & Washington Shore facilities via public highways. The contractor will mobilize the appropriate DOT-compliant transport vehicle(s) scaled to the equipment being transported, accounting for the contractor determined safest legal route, obtaining all required permits from all local, state and federal authorities, plan for safely loading, securing, transporting and unloading the equipment at the call order destination, in accordance with the terms of the contract as defined in this Performance Work Statement and comply with all local, state and federal regulations. The ordering period will be five (5) years from award, with an estimated BPA Volume of $60K annually and a possible five-year total of $300K.
