DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:** This is a non-personal services contract to provide refurbishment upgrades to existing exterior signage and new base-wide exterior signage at the 183d Wing (183WG), Springfield, IL. * **Scope of Work:** Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services to provide refurbishment upgrades to existing exterior signage and new base-wide exterior signage at the 183WG. * **NAICS Code:** 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction * **Product Service Code (PSC):** Y1JZ - Maintenance/Repair/Alteration of residential buildings **3\. PROCURED UNDER STREAMLINED RFO PROCEDURES:** Once released, the formal solicitation will be executed as an RFQ utilizing the streamlined commercial and simplified acquisition procedures established under the **Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12**. **4\. ANTICIPATED TIMELINE & ACTION:** * **Solicitation Release:** The official RFQ is expected to be posted to SAM.gov on or about July 24, 2026. * **Site Visit:** Anticipated to be held middle of August.
