Contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for James H. Quillen VAMC as required by drawings and specifications for the relocation of Police Dispatch. All work performed shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, codes, VA policies/regulations, specifications, drawings and the SOW. The period of performance will be 365 calendar days. The estimated range of construction is Between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 This requirement will be procured per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14.101 Sealed Bidding. The evaluation factors under consideration for this requirement will be available upon the solicitation release, which is anticipated to be posted on or around 19 December 2025\. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C §8127 (d).
