The Government intends to establish an IDIQ contract under which services may be ordered as needed during each defined winter-season service window. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, fuel, personal protective equipment, transportation, insurance, management, and other resources necessary to perform the services, except materials or equipment expressly identified as Government-furnished in the Statement of Work (SOW). This is a fixed-price contract for snow removal and cleaning services for the U.S. Embassy Bucharest.
