Only companies specializing in this field and with a business registered in Bermuda should submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The contract will be for a base year from the effective date of the contract award, plus fouroption years which will be exercisable at the sole discretion of the U.S. Government. The Government is planning to hold a pre-quotation site visit. Details will be found in the attached Statement of Work. This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
