The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to provide secure destruction of paper-based materials, including the furnishing, servicing, maintenance, and replacement of locked collection containers located throughout the Laboratory. Services shall be performed on-site and in accordance with Department of Energy (DOE) requirements for the destruction of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). The contractor shall provide and service approximately 40–48 locked collection containers located throughout the BNL campus on a recurring four-week schedule. Container quantities may increase or decrease during contract performance at the direction of the BNL Technical Representative. The contractor shall provide certificates of destruction with each service and maintain current NAID AAA Certification throughout contract performance. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price with a one-year base period of performance and four (4) one-year option periods. The applicable NAICS Code is 561990 – All Other Support Services, with a small business size standard of $17.0 million average annual receipts. Offerors shall demonstrate experience providing similar secure shredding and document destruction services in highly regulated and/or government environments and shall provide references as specified in the solicitation.
