Requested Delivery date will be adjusted at time of the award The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER. ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SOLICITATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL. Only fully completed quotes submitted with completed and signed solicitation will be considered.
