ITB# 260003133, GCCC Fence Detection SystemThe Department of Corrections is soliciting for sealed bids to provide all materials, equipment, labor, lodging, permitting, and travel for the installation of a new perimeter fence detection system to enhance security and supplement manned patrol located at Goose Creek Correctional Center (GCCC) as described within Section 01000 of the ITB. Location of Work will be at Goose Creek Correctional Center (GCCC) in Wasilla, Alaska.Bids will be received until October 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM Local Time.Bids will be opened at 802 3rd Street, Suite 220, Douglas, Alaska 99824.If unable to download, bid documents may be obtained from DOC Procurement located at 802 3rd Street, Suite 220, Douglas, Alaska. Interested vendors must contact the Project Manager: Shawn Ratliff, (907) 269-7335, to request and register for the inspection and submit the "Clearance Form and PREA Form" to the security sergeant to run a background check to allow access to the facility. The form must be filled out for everyone attending the site visit and must be submitted 72 hours in advance. Clearance Form is included in the bid packet.
