This solicitation is unrestricted and is not set aside for small business. **The Judiciary is not subject to the FAR** to include small business regulations. The AO is seeking to award a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), web-based Jury Management Solution (JMS) to assist the courts with the selection, management, and tracking of jurors, as well as performing financial and statistical calculations including interfacing with the Judiciary’s financial management system, Momentum.
