The Town of Hurt and Pittsylvania County was recently awarded a U.S. Economic Development Administration grant and is seeking proposals from qualified firms or collaborating firms to provide professional engineering design services for a water treatment plant. All firms submitting proposals shall abide by all applicable State and Federal laws and be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
