The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide trucks and various equipment with operators experienced in snow removal operations to establish contracts for the removal of snow, ice and other frozen precipitation from the Interstate within the Salem District.
