The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as ?VDOT?) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide all equipment, labor, supervision, materials, and any other incidentals necessary to perform an on-call as-needed basis for Manicured Grass Mowing and Litter Removal Services to designated areas in the counties of Fluvanna and Louisa.
