Description
Building C1, the Central Campus Interactive Learning Center, wascompleted in 2004. In preparation for the twentieth-year roof renewal, acomprehensive inspection revealed significant on-going issues with thebuilding’s metal panel system. The College’s ultimate conclusion was that thelong-term health of the building would be enhanced by converting the existingsingle barrier ACM system to a rain-screen design.
