It is the intent of the Town to protect its personnel and/or property by means of well-trained, experienced, alert, interested, and reliable selected Security Agency’s personnel. The Security Agency shall impress upon its personnel that their primary duty and responsibility is to safeguard the visitors to Town Hall, Town employees and Town property.
