The South Carolina Ports Authority (SCPA) is requesting proposals from qualified engineering consultants to provide professional engineering services for the Wando Welch Terminal (WWT) Pavement Program Design. The selected consultant will serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) and develop a durable pavement rehabilitation/reconstruction program that can be implemented in sequenced construction packages while maintaining safe and efficient terminal operations.
